The average age is 30 years. Speed up to 56 km per hour. They don't like to swim. The long legs of flamingos help them walk along the bottom even at relatively great depths in search of food, which gives them some advantages over other birds. Scientists consider flamingos to be descendants of ancient fossil birds, who lived on earth about 50 million years ago. In the family lifestyle of flamingos, equality reigns.
