Drawing on a seashell "Dolphin"

The drawing is made on a unique large-sized seashell of the "Guidak" mollusk. Usually there are smaller ones, up to 10 cm. Our shell was found on the beaches of the Algarve, Portugal. Such a seashell is filled with the sun's rays and the warmth of the sea waves.

Why are dolphins so interesting? Dolphins are among the most intellectually advanced inhabitants of the Earth, along with with man and great apes. There is ample evidence not only of their intelligence, but also of their feelings. It is known that dolphins can experience feelings such as love and compassion. They are not only sea, but also river, or freshwater. They can communicate with each other - they have a whole language. Dolphins give each other names. Moreover, they respond to them. There are about forty species of these animals on the planet. Dolphins in nature live from thirty to fifty years old, in captivity - only seven. During sleep, the dolphin does not sleep the whole brain, but only one hemisphere. Thus, even in a dream, the dolphin always remains alert. When swimming, dolphins can develop and maintain speed for a long time. 40-50 km / h.
