The "Seahorse" wall applique was created from seashells and decorative pearls.

Seahorses are perhaps the most unusual inhabitants of the water column. Despite the fact that from the point of view of zoology, they belong to fish, outwardly they look truly amazing, and their behavior is quite different from most other fish. Unlike For most fish that swim belly down, the seahorse swims upright. Due to the pollution of the World Ocean, their number populations in many regions of our planet are gradually decreasing. The offspring of seahorses is not carried by the female, but by the male. Fertilized eggs are kept in a special "pocket" on his body until small, but quite viable fry will not hatch from them. Seahorses remain loyal to their partner forever. Finding myself a mate they are no longer apart. In this case, the female always chooses the male, and not vice versa. These amazing creatures are found only in warm water. There are 54 known species of seahorses.

It's nice to hang such a panel on the wall in the room. These are fond memories of a vacation spent at sea.
